Registrations on the Bharatemart website are simple! Log on to www.bharatemart.com and click on 'Register' from the homepage. You can also download and register on the 'BharatEmart' App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

- How will my order be delivered to me?
We have a reputed third-party logistics service provider for Last-mile delivery from the Origin to the delivery point ( your location).
- How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime by logging on Bharatemart app, under the Orders tab > Click on order> Click on order tracking and you will able to track your order from there.
- How can I Pay for my order & what option do I have?
It's simple - Select Product > Click on Buy now > Click on Add Shipping address> Click on Payment Method> Click on Make Payment> Complete order. We accept payment through - NEFT, Debit/Credit card, and UPI. You can also use Cash on delivery as a payment method
- Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once your order is placed successfully, the delivery address can not be changed. However, for your subsequent order, you can choose your new delivery address on the platform.
- Will I be getting any order confirmation once my order is placed?
Surely, you will get a message on your mobile number registered with us. You will also get an email on your registered email address once your order is placed successfully.
- Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing an order from the 'My Account' section
- Do you also provide any promotional or discount coupons?
We offer discounts and promotional coupons from time to time on our website. You can see the same on the product page.

- How to raise a complaint/return for your order?
It's simple, you can call the helpline number present on the website. Our support teams will respond to your request within 24 hours
- How & when do I get my refund?
Once a refund is initiated, you will be notified via SMS or Email. A refund will be credited to the account used for placing the order. For mode-wise TAT for refunds, please refer below - NEFT/Debit card - within 7 working days Credit card - within 21 working days COD via NEFT - within 7 working days
- How do I change my password?

- Is there any product for which I can not raise a return?
Any product which is non-returnable will be mentioned on the product detail page.
- Can I refuse the delivery for any order to accept?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate the refusal of delivery for any order that has not been canceled within 4 hours. This policy is in place to ensure the long-term interest of all marketplace stakeholders
- Can I get my refund through another mode than I have paid?
For COD orders, you can get a refund via NEFT. For rest of the payment modes, will be processed in the account used while placing the order
- What if my amount is not refunded on time?
We have a robust mechanism to ensure timely refunds. However, in case of any exceptions, we would urge you to escalate this via Email or call us
- Can I return the product using my delivery channel?
We don't allow Returns using any third party to safeguard your & supplier's long-term interests
