Answer->Registrations on the BharatEmart website are simple! Log on to www.bharatemart.com and click 'Register' from the homepage. You can also download and register on the 'BharatEmart' App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Please have a copy of the PAN Number, GST Number, Cancelled cheque, and Aadhar number handy for the registration process.

Ans->You can download the BharatEmart App from Google Play store or from Apple App store



Ques ->How will my orders reach the customer?

Ans->A buyer can select from a host of delivery partners on Bharatemart platform, who will take care of the fulfilment. The cost of this fulfilment would be borne by the buyer



Ques ->Do I need to pay any extra delivery charges to courier partner?

Ans->No, You don't have to make any extra charges



Ques ->What all documents required to register with Bharatemart?

Ques ->How do I track my order?

Ans->You can track your order from our app under the tab Order history- Order tracking status. Here you will get the courier tracking detail & status to check your current order location. To further aid your daily business, we will also send out an SMS and Email with the order tracking link to your registered mobile number and email address.



Ques ->Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Ans->Cash on Delivery (CoD) is available with select delivery partners



Ques ->What is the standard delivery time for an order?

Ans->Estimated delivery time is shared at the time of placing the order. This is dependent on several factors like distance from pickup to delivery location and type of product

Ques ->Do you accept order over phone?

Ans-> You can add or modify product details from the vendor panel which can be accessed using a registered email address and password. Please feel free to contact us on the helpline number for any further assistance



Ques ->When will I receive payment for my invoice

Ans->You will receive your payment in the designated account within seven days of the post-date of delivery of the consignment to your buyer

Ans->As per current policy, pickup will happen from the designated pickup address shared at the time of registration

Ans->You can log in to our app or website & update the details from your vendor panel under the 'Profile' section



Ques ->How can I seek help regarding any claims, damage or loss of shipment during reverse shipment?
